Explore the IM-15S in 3D
Drag to turn the machine, zoom in on any part, and run a molding cycle to see how it works.
Compact, enclosed and ready to run.
Pay for the cavity, not the whole mold.
On an industrial press, every new part needs a complete steel mold. The IM-15S uses a universal mold frame that stays on the machine, so each new part only needs its own cavity inserts and ejectors.
Every part needs all of it, made new. High cost and long lead times, which rarely pay off for small series.
Only the part-specific pieces are made. Tooling costs drop dramatically, and switching to a new part is fast.
RCI3D control software
Our own touch-screen software runs the full molding cycle, supported and updated locally.
Small series to large volume
Ideal for low-volume runs that industrial presses turn down, and capable of large production when you scale.
Frees your big presses
Factories can take on small-part orders on the IM-15S while their industrial machines keep running.
Engineered in Tunisia
Mechanics, electronics and software designed and assembled by RCI3D, with spare parts and support close by.
From pellet to finished product in six steps.
Feed
Pellets drop from the hopper into the barrel.
Melt
Heating zones and the turning screw melt the plastic.
Clamp
The mold closes and locks shut.
Inject
Molten plastic is pushed into the cavity.
Cool
The part solidifies inside the mold.
Eject
Ejectors release the finished product.
Real molded parts, without the industrial footprint.
Startups & product designers
Validate your design with real molded parts in the final material, then produce your first series in-house.
Workshops & small factories
Produce small and medium batches yourself instead of waiting on subcontractors or buying a full-size press.
Schools, universities & labs
Teach plastics processing hands-on with a compact, fully enclosed machine.

How much does the IM-15S cost?
Pricing depends on the configuration you need. Send us a pre-order request or a WhatsApp message and we will reply with a price and lead time.
Which materials can it mold?
PP and ABS, as well as other technical polymers. Tell us your material and we will confirm it is suitable.
Do I need a full mold for each part?
No. Thanks to the universal mold system, each new part only needs its cavity inserts and ejectors. We can design and make them for you.
Can you mold my parts without me buying the machine?
Yes. Our injection molding service produces your parts on the IM-15S, from small series to larger runs.
Can I see the machine running?
